- how to use -
Inspire can be a very useful tool you can use together with your pelvic floor expert, or followed by your FT, to help you get more comfortable with penetration. We suggest to start small and then gradually change for a bigger dilator as soon as you are comfortable with. Use a few drops of water-based lube to help the insertion of the dilator.
